excellent ryokan experience
aesop products comfy beds
I loved the staff. They were so friendly and kind. aesop products, a dyson hairdryer, and very comfy beds were provided. we had both the japanese and western breakfast and both were very good!!!

welcome effort peaceful night delicious breakfast
The team ensured i felt welcomed. The traditional japanese breakfast accommodated my dietary needs. It was delicious. A peaceful night's sleep prepared me for a day of sightseeing. Everything was nearby. The team found restaurants for me. They could accommodate allergies.
The family room had no view. Opening the window revealed only a wall.

The staff provided recommendations for meals and bars, which helped with planning. They also accepted luggage for early arrival. This contributed to a stress-free and relaxing stay.

authentic location modern bathroom really good service
I loved that the location felt authentic. The facilities were great too. the bathroom was modern! service was really good. the presentation was very good and i chose my welcome drink.
